I just found out and I am sad to hear of Tom's passing. Tom was a field serivce engineer for Hastings Industries while I was an in-House service engineer. I will remember all the phone conversations we had regarding issues of the day of troublesome heating units and/or installation problems that he resolved for "his" Hastings Industries customers. Customers mostly across Illinois, Indiana, and some over the nation. He was very prompt and reliable for the company. I remember his good humor and...
