I´m saddened to hear of Tom´s passing and glad we exchanged some messages in recent months. We graduated the 9th Municipal Police Officers Class at the Reading Academy in 2003. He was a great classmate and brought much needed humor to our 26-weeks of training. My wife, Mandy, attended Salem State with Tom as well.
