Not sure what to say?

I am sorry to hear about the death of a good friend. I worked with Tommy several years with joy and alway felt if I needed help or a friend he would be there. God Bless and keep him.

You will be greatly missed T.C. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time.

Prayers to the family...T.C,you will be greatly missed. I know you are singing with the ANGELS now.

Tommy was a fine man and good friend. he will be missed. I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.

Christen, I know you won't recognize my name, but I've seen you at least once a year for quite a few years at the North River Family "get together" every October. You have grown into quite a young lady and I know you were your Dad's pride and joy. He was a good police officer, good Detective, good all around guy with a great sense of humor and love for life. Time will take the hurt from your heart, but will never remove him from your mind. Wishing you the very best.

Mary and all of the Mann family,

We were so sorry to hear about Tommy. I remember Tommy from our John Marshall days walking down the halls with a smile on his face. Steve has many other memories of Tommy from JM and also when he was with Richmond City Police Dept. and Steve was with Henrico County Police Dept. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. I will keep you on our prayer list at church. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you during this very...

The entire Geary family has the Mann family in our thoughts & prayers.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Mann family during this difficult time. Tommy was a fine man and he will be sorely missed.

It's an honor to have known a man with such a good heart.
TC, you're in a better place now and your smile and laughter are now being enjoyed by everyone in heaven. How lucky they are.

Our sympathies and prayers go out to the Mann family.

Gone but never forgotten......
