Jane B. Strumpf & Family

Dear Robin and Family,
We met many years ago when I lived in Connecticut. Tom was my daughter, Jennifer's godfather. I will never forget his smile and how he made us all laugh, his willingness to help and his friendship. I believe we were all blessed to have had Tom in our lives. He will be in your hearts forever. He was blessed with a wonderful family and he was loved by so many people whose lives he touched.
Hold tight to the wonderful memories of your lives together....

My condolences to you Robin and your family. In my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time. From Patti Eilertsen Krom ~ the old Stamford Hospital Daycare Center

I only met Tom once, at my father's memorial service but his kind word and compassion made a real impact on me. SFD has lost a fine brother, the family has lost a fine man we are all better people for having known him. He will always be remembered in the hearts of all whose lives he touched. God rest and keep you, Tom.

I am very sorry for your loss. I went to high school with Tom and remember him fondly. May the love of your family and friends and your memories of Tom help you during this difficult time.

My sympathy goes out to all the McCabe family members - all upstanding people in our communities - to our dear Sister Daniel Marie, to Dan, Jimmy, and Kathleen known to me from Stamford Catholic High School, and especially to Tom's wife and children for whom this is such a sudden, unexpected turn of events. May all the consolations of our Faith come to their aid. Msgr. Ed Surwilo
