Thomas Gale Moore

I first became aware of Tom in 1972, when I picked up a copy of his AEI study titled Freight Transportation Regulation, which was given to me by the people at the AEI table at the American Economic Association meetings in Toronto. Dear Tonia, I am so sad to hear of the passing of your father. It seems he lived a full life. With many accomplishments to be proud of. May your memories bring you comfort during this very side time.

Tom and Cassandra were wonderful neighbors: never a cross word, always kind and amenable with a wonderful zest for life. It was heartbreaking when Cassandra passed and I know that Tom missed her terribly. He was the most charming man who loved his nightly martini and British crime dramas!
