Thomas Null Obituary

THOMAS E. NULL, of Hemet, CA, left his earthly life at age 73 on March 1, 2016 at Loma Linda University Medical Center, Murrieta after a short battle with brain cancer. He was preceded in death by his parents from Ohio and his older brother from NC. He served 2 years in the U.S. Army in Columbus, GA during the Vietnam War. This is where he met his wife of 45+ years. In Hemet he worked 5 ½ years for Sears, 1 year for Bell Tower Plaza, 23 ½ years for Hemet Valley Hospital. Affectionately known as "Engineering Tom" he leaves behind many life-long friends and family who will remember him most fondly for his sense of humor, love of family and home (especially his garage.) Tom is survived by his wife- Nancy and daughter- Shelly. In NC: sister-in-law- Donna, niece- Nancy, great nephew- Aaron/ wife- Bridget/ baby Eleanor. Interment by cremation. A celebration of Tom's life will be on a Saturday, April 2, from 1-4 PM at Miller-Jones Mortuary, 1501 W. Florida Ave., Hemet in the Ramona Room. Refreshments will be served. Casual attire, In his honor instead of flowers contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Arbor Hospice in Hemet.
