To Tom's Family: I was a fraternity brother of Tom's at American University (Phi Sigma Kappa). Tom and Marcia honored me by asking me to be in their wedding. Although I have not seen Tom in many years, I do remember him and Marcia each day in my prayers. He was a good friend, and a true gentleman. God rest his gentle soul.

"It has been many years since I last saw Tom (at work and at our USSS get-togethers). I am deeply saddened by Tom's passing and your family's loss. Tom was part of the original crew that brought about the computerization of the Service. In those days you had to build computer systems one computer instruction at a time', using Imagination, Knowledge and Skill. Your family should be very proud of the strategic part Tom played at the Secret Service." Janet and Jim DiMaria

Dear Michelle and family,
Greg, Brogan and I wish to express our heartfelt sympathy for your loss. Tom was such a sweet soul and great with the kids. He was an enormously supportive carpool buddy at Key and I looked forward to our chats on the playground. We will miss seeing him tooling around the neighborhood.
Peace and love,
Gillian, Greg, Brogan Conner

Dear Outerbridge family,

Those we love do not go away,
They walk beside us every day,
Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear.

May the beautiful memories
of Tom become
keepsakes of the heart.

We wish you and your family
comfort with a warm embrace ...

It has been several decades since I last saw Tom (at work) but knew he was enjoying retirement sailing and with family. I share his love for sailing on the Chesapeake and have thought of him many times since he retired. He was a terrific guy and I'm glad he enjoyed life to the fullest. I offer my condolences to his extended family.
