My dad was the best of the best. He worked hard and played hard. He was an incredible papa to my children. He was thoughtful, generous and had a laugh and smile that would light up a room. I will miss so many things about him, especially our long phone calls. He loved to share his golf scores and passion for equality and human rights. I will forever strive to be a daughter that he would be proud of. Until I see you again... All my love.

It is with such sorrow that Tom has left this world. Tom was my husband for 20 years. We shared many happy times and were blessed with two beautiful daughters. Roger and I were so thankful that Tom and Terri continued to be our friends and, more importantly, family over the years. It is truly hard to believe that you are gone, Tom. Your battle with cancer was a long and courageous one that was so admirable. We love and miss you - Sherrie & Roger

In the 1970´s we bowled in the same league with Tom& Sherrie, in the 80´s I worked with Tom at Methodist and in the 2000´s I worked with Tom at UW Hospital. Tom was forever trying to clean up all the dust and mess the construction group made. Tom was a great guy who cared about his profession and making the environment for patients, staff and visitors the best it could be. You will be missed Alan Meyer

Tom was a super guy! I got to work with Tom at UW HC on many levels w many laughs and surprises I admired his style Miss ya Denny Hamblin

This has been a very painful month; first losing George and now Tom. They were my closest 2 friends from high school. I´m recalling a lot of great memories .

At work, Tom always strived for excellence. Away from work, Tom was a great friend. I will never forget when we went to see Tom Petty at Summerfest. What a great concert! Tom is missed by many people. Terry Wilkerson

I always enjoyed working with Tom at UW hospital. We were both on the Infection Control Committee keeping things neat and tidy! He was a neighbor to my parents. Always a great guy who will be missed.
