Sir, I didn't know you but I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army Air Forces during WW II with the 8th Air Force which the 389th was a part of flying bomber missions over Europe. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy. God knows what you had to endure as a Prisoner of War.
