Not sure what to say?

A very sad and heart-breaking day. I'll always remember Tom as a solid, genuine guy.

I only knew Tommy as a little boy when I was living in Fircrest, but as I read the posts about him, and his obituary, I see how much i missed out. Karen (though we've never met), Mr. and Mrs. Rowland, Stephanie, and Paige, I'm so sorry for your loss. In reading about you in FB posts and the obit, I'm very encouraged by your faith in Jesus, and by the constant outpouring of love towards Tommy that you demonstrated throughout his courageous battle.
God's grace, peace and comfort to you...

Dearest Karen and the Rowland Family,
Losing one's husband and son can cause a loneliness unlike any other, but having baby Jack near will help ease the difficulty of the days ahead.
With your fortitude and courage we are sure you will adjust to your new situation. We know you are greatful for the many happy years you shared with Tom.
May your strength in the Lord comfort you.

To the Tom Rowland family:
I had the privilege of being one of Tom's many friends at WSU. What an amazing person Tom was! I will always remember him fondly as a genuine man of integrity and a dear friend. He will be missed tremendously. I'm very sorry for your immense loss, and I pray that God will bless and comfort you all with His goodness and love.

To Tom's family, words escape me in this time of sadness. May God bless you each and every day with His wonderful presence and His promises that never fail.

We are saddened to hear of Tom's passing. When he visited us here, he would always light up when talking of his family. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

My thoughts and prayers are with Tom's Family, now and forever. He was such a nice guy; I remember how he was in High School. I will MISS him dearly!!!

To my dear friend and co-worker Tom:

I am saddened to hear of your passing, but am glad to know that you are now in peace. You are very dear to me as a brilliant attorney and a good friend. I remember when you first started working with us, we took that picture of you sucking your thumb and you had that hat on that had a twirly thing on the top, and the skit that we did, you were our star. Your smile lit up the office every day. You attempted to keep your life personal but I...

My younger brother Jon grew up with Tommy. Tommy was often at our Fircrest home and my brother at his nearby home. I remember Tommy as one of the sweetest, smartest friends of my brothers. They went to HS and WSU together. I am deeply saddened to hear of Tommy's passing. My thoughts are with the entire family. I am reminded that life is short and precious.
