To the family of Judge Ryan,

You are in my prayers at this time. I had many a case in front of the Judge and he was always a fair person. One of the best, personable and knowledgeable.

I knew Tom Ryan from the time he started practising law with Wiese,Mochamer and Roby in the Lincoln Tower.Tom was always pleasant and courteous, and never seemed to be bothered with the "small stuff".He did so much enjoy his tenure as Allen County Circuit Judge. He did drive he ugliest old station wagon in the county.Rest in Peace .
