Thomas Joseph "Joe" Singleton

Joe and I were in the 41st Officer Candidate Class. We were commissioned in September 1966. Joe went directly to flight school, and I went to The Basic School in Quantico. Joe was a loving brother who was kind and sweet to his sisters and brothers. He was devoted to his mother all her life. He will be sorely missed. We loved him dearly.
