Not sure what to say?

This man Dr Small was a wonderful Dr. If it wasn't for him and Paula I wouldn't be here!! Because of him Im still staying strong!! Dancing in the sky Dr Small xoxoxoxo you helped so many people! you were extra special and understanding and kind and mindful!! I just want to say thank you

Like most, I occasionally find myself reminiscing of days gone by and certain individuals come to mind. I was saddened to see that Tom (Dr. Small) passed last year. We played against each other for a few seasons in the Tonawanda News Baseball League, circa 1970. I vividly recall his talent on the mound and love for the game. Although this sentiment is belated, heartfelt condolences to his family, friends and patients. I´m sorry for your loss. With my sincere sympathy, Dr. John Timmins Los...

I miss you terribly rest in peace GiGi

To the world, he was one person. To so many of us, he changed our world forever. Even when he was busy if you needed him he was there to lend an ear, and listened without judgment. Full of compassion, wisdom and genuine empathy. Gone but never forgotten <3

Tom, it's a year today since we lost you, and hardly a day goes by where I don't miss you being a phone call away. Though you left us in good hands, I sincerely doubt there is anybody left on this planet that can fill your shoes in an overall sense. Though you were a great doctor, there are hundreds of great doctors. It was about you, as much as it was ever about medicine. I so hoped I would have your consultation through my cancer treatment. You always knew something that all the other...

Dr. Tom, I knew you and your father all though high school. The highest of standards were instilled in you at an early age. Excelling as a three sport athlete and scholastically in the upper echelons throughout your Tonawanda years, inspired myself and others behind you. Always humble and encouraging, you were the example to be followed. It was my privilege to have known you and I will certainly miss following your exemplary life´s journey. Thank you for leading by example and for your kind...

Dear Dr. Small, I knew you as my next door neighbor, and the father of one of my closest, best and life long friends (Katie). You have always been a calm, kind and understanding soul (even when Katie and I caused a lot of trouble!) and you were good enough to treat me as my doctor for a multitude of aliments (not many other doctors could treat. Never judging or making me feel anything but comfortable and cared about.) You were not just a great doctor, I know u were a great dad (as I...

I have barely any words, I´m in shock. Dr. Small was the best doctor. I knew all the years I was seeing him how lucky I was. There aren´t many doctors out there like him, he genuinely cared about every single one of his patients and wanted the best for them. It wasn´t about money to him, it was about helping to change someone´s life for the better. He will be missed,I´ll always remember him. My heart goes out to his family, I am so very sorry for your loss
