Not sure what to say?

Bonnie and family,

Our sympathy goes out to you and your family in this difficult time. We did not know he was that sick unitl Susan Mabe called us. Our apologies for not attending the visitation/funeral. We are thinking about you and praying for you during this time of grief.

Bonnie & Robin - I am so very sorry to hear about Tommy! I was not even aware that he was sick and did not know until Daddy was on the way to the funeral home that this had happened. All 3 of you have always held such a special place in my heart, you and all the "original" ball players and families helped make my childhood one of the best a kid could ever ask for! We were all one big happy family and I wish we would have had reunions or something to keep us all in touch more. I remember all...

It is hard to have to say goodbye to Tommy as I so enjoyed his company and the many meals I enjoyed with him, Bonnie and family.
We always ended up talking about the races as we liked the same driver.
May we all find comfort in his release from the suffering.
I pray that God will provide peace to all of you.

Tommy was well known to me . I worked 43 years in Charlotte and was a member of IBEW and a shop steward for many years . Tommy was on of the good guys always fun to see him at anytime .. spent some of our retirement years with the guys breakfast here in Charlotte . He will be missed by me and anyone that had any contact with him..
May he now rest in the hands of Christ our lord.
