I am Casey one Of Toms Tenants. I have rented from him for about 4 years now. He was my first landlord and he gave me my first apartment. Im still there fortuantely! (What a great place!) He has always been a great man as long as Ive known him. Very understanding and a very down to earth guy. My condolences go out to the entire family. Heaven must have needed a hard worker!!!! All he did was work and even with his sickness, he never stopped going and going and going..... like the energizer...

I was deeply saddened to hear of Tom's passing. I worked for him for many years out at the marina. What a kind and sweet man...I know he is in peace now. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
