SWINT Thomas R. Sr. May 6, 1937 - Jan. 24, 2007 Thomas R. Swint Sr., 69, of State Rte 579, Curtice, OH, died Wednesday, January 24, 2007, at his home. He was born May 6, 1937, in Fremont to William and Irene (Stickel) Swint. He was a 1956 graduate of St. Joseph High School. Thomas owned and operated TR Builders for over twenty five years. He also worked as a Construction Superintendent for A.A. Boos. He retired in 2003. Thomas was President of the St. Joseph Booster Club and was the golf coach at St. Joseph High School in the late 1960's. He loved to golf and fish. He loved to watch his grandchildren participate in sports. Thomas is survived by his sons, Thomas (Patty) Swint Jr., Fremont, OH, Joseph (Connie) Swint, Toledo, OH, James Swint, Chicago, IL, Kenneth (Lauretta) Swint, Fremont, OH; daughter, Kathi (John) Schell, Fremont, OH; brothers, William (Joyce) Swint, of Kentucky, John (Flossie) Swint, Fremont, OH; sisters, Margaret Swint, Susan (Russ) Missig, both of Fremont, OH; grandchildren, Ashley, Kristi, Lauren, Nick, Jason, Eric, Jenna, Taylor, Abby, Trey, Stephanie, Molly and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Dave and Ronald Swint; sister, Irene Swint. Visitation will be Sunday from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Wonderly-Horvath Funeral Home and Crematory. Service will be Monday, January 29, 2007, 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home, Fr. Ron Brickner officiating. Memorials may be made to SJCC Thomas R.
