Not sure what to say?

Tom was great guy an "Outstanding" husband. He was always so happy...I'll never forget his very positive attitude and his favorite response to things that were happening ... "Outstanding" . Rest in peace Tom, you are missed.

Served on the USS Haynsworth with Tom. Good friend -- so many years ago but seems like yesterday.

I met Tom aboard the Haynesworth. He was a great guy with a sense of humor beyond description. I wish we had stayed in touch. May God bless his family and loved ones.

One of the Good Guys.

Tom's incredibly optimistic "outstanding", in spite of his continuous decline, was an amazing inspiration to us all. We had hoped to be able to share more "outstanding" times with him here in San Miguel than we did. That time with him was cut far too short. We miss our outstanding brother-in-law greatly, but we know he will be flitting around causing mischief in heaven.

Dear Sherrea,

So sorry we are unable to make it to the memorial service. Just reminiscing about times we have spent with you both and found this photo of us all in San Miguel taken October 4th, 2013. That trip with you guys made a significant impact on our lives which shortly after resulted in the last major move we hope to ever make; our retirement home.

Yes Tom did love this place and so do we. I am so happy he got to spend his last days there, he will be sadly missed. San...

Ron (Tom's cousin) & Geri

I'm so sorry to hear of Toms passing, I'm his cousin in california. Haven't seem him in years and only found out inquiring if he was attending the Overskei first cousins reunion in south dakota inAugust. My father, Orvin Overskei, was Minervas brother. Blessings to his family.

We were customers of Tom that felt more like friends. Sometimes, we just stopped by to say Hi to him. He was always positive and always spoke of his family. He was a delightful person in every way. Please accept our condolences.
