Thomas Wheeler Obituary

Thomas Wayne
Wheeler
1966-2018
Thomas Wayne Wheeler, age 51, of The Woodlands, Texas passed away due to aggressive small cell lung cancer on Monday April 16, 2018. Thomas was born on December 31, 1966 in Houston, TX to Marlene Bejger and Vernon Stringer.
Thomas graduated from Kingwood High School and started his passion for work at the age of 14. He stood in lines at venues to buy the best tickets for concerts and eventually turned it into a blooming successful business that he loved for 37 years. Many know him as "Tom Northside Tickets." Thomas was a self-taught pianist and loved his keyboard. He would play his keyboard and sing when he needed comfort.
He was a member of the National Association of Ticket Brokers, Corvette Club of Houston and had a passion for attending sporting events, live concerts and also enjoyed theatre and writing. He loved his kids and wanted the best for them. Anybody that would meet him said he had the biggest heart they've ever known. He made sure to make everyone around him happy. He was very passionate. If he loved something, he loved it to the fullest; if he disliked something, he made sure it was clear.

Tom, you were a great friend, full of Love and Passion for all this life had to offer.I always admired your strong work ethic, tenacity, and entrepreneurial spirit. You are truly a representative of the American Dream, and exhibited amazing perseverance.

You leave behind a wonderful legacy of 3 beautiful children, a successful business and endless fun times together. Through times of trouble, you always pressed on and were ultimately a blessing to your family and friends. You will be missed deeply here on this earth, but we know you are now healed and in His Loving Presence.

With much Love,

Grant, Jana, Natalie and Alec

There are not enough words that can properly portray and give justice to all who you were. Not a day will go by that your family and friends will always think of you as we all shared a path together in one way or another and for that, I am grateful. You had a warm and reassuring smile, eyes that glowed of sincerity and compassion, a heart that was larger than your body could hold. You were a man that lived your life for love and devotion to your family and friends, truly a man to be remembered and revered. Years ago when I lost someone very special to me, you invited me into your home, offered friendship and I will never forget your kind words of peacefulness and hope. Heaven is not exactly down the block but it's really not as far away as you think. We are all still near each other, and never really separated as you're still here with us and we are there with you. May the Lord bless you and keep you. May he make his face to shine upon you and be gracious onto you. May he lift up his countenance upon you and give your family and friends peace now, and for ever more.
