Not sure what to say?

Thinking about Tommy today..."quick" story that after meeting shortly after leaving Penn State we lost touch for decades. I was at a work meeting visiting Alcoa and who walks in to the meeting as VP...Tommy! I saw the name on the agenda but said "No way..". He acted like we had lost no time and made me feel special although he was the special guy dealing with his deteriorating health so positively. I also do not think many people realize how special a basketball player he was at Penn State....

Think of Tom and Barbara often. So enjoyed being with them. My sweet David passed this past March. Miss these two dearly.

I was so saddened to hear about Tommy's passing. I have some great memories of both watching him play sports in high school and just hanging out. They were good times.

My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Barbara,
Today, I heard of your loss. I know words aren't much comfort at a time like this. What a true friend he was! I will always remember how Tom helped me when my husband, Jose, passed away, Please accept my deepest sympathy.
Affectionately,

Barbara:
I can not tell you how heartbroken I am for your loss. To know Tommy was to love Tommy.
I sat and cried for a while and then I laughed so hard thinking about all of the fun times we had together. It's hard to believe that 32 years had passed since we first met.
One of my fondest memories was when he told me about meeting you and how you had changed his life.
He was one-of-a-kind, and I will forever remember what a truly good person he was ~ he made me a better...

Barbara and Family - I am so very sorry for your loss. I was out of town and could not attend the service. I have such good memories of Tom during our time at Alcoa.... in the Commercial Group....on the AB account, etc. He always had time to answer questions, to reassure, to help with a problem. He was the ultimate diplomat, gentleman and peacemaker. He will be greatly missed!

Please accept the heartfelt condolences of the entire Franzese family.

Our family grew up with the Wilkinson family, and our memories of those years are great ones; full of school, sports, and smiles.

God Bless. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

I was heart broken when I heard of Tommy's passing. I was privileged to know him from Little League through High School. He was a leader, motivator, competitor and most of all friend. Tommy was a friend to everyone. He was an inspiration to be around. Please accept my condolences for your loss

Tom was the mayor of Marion Street. We would all gather after school, sorting ourselves into teams, game after game. Tom was always gentle, even tempered, pragmatic, ridiculously athletic, acting as the great mediator, but able to laugh at the crazy antics of friends at play. He carried these qualities throughout his life, touching all of us along the way. I feel lucky to have known him. A special person whose life was cut too short...a sobering reality for all. My deepest condolences to...
