Dinxy had a favorite saying...anytime you asked him (teasingly) for money, he would reply, "Don't hold your breff (breath)!" I will never forget that as long as I live!

What a day that will be...when we all get to heaven!

I can not conceive of Tim being gone. He was a constant at Mansfield Baptist Temple along time before I got there. No pastor ever had a more faithful or supportive church member. No matter how discouraging things might be you could always count on Tim to bring a smile to your face. I can still see him setting on that second row to my left and when he thought it was time for the service to be over stretching out his harm so he could see the watch on his wrist! I knew it was time to start...

Oh Tim.. came to countless get together's at Ron's shop for the holidays. He loved eating & taking home leftovers that dad made sure that mom give him plenty to take home. He would have his "fanny pack" belted around his waist. We would ask how much money you have in there Tim and his comment always was the same with his head tilted towards the side he would say "Don't you worry about it! & pat that pack as if he had a million bucks in it" and give his ol'chuckle as he always did. RIP Tim

In the short time he was at liberty he captured a lot of hearts RIP Tim

Dinxy or Dinxie as he was known, was the most original Harvey character of them all. With his uncanny wit and outrageous laugh, there will never be another like him. Here's an example of how Uncle Tim saw life: Shake a Puddin' was a snack craze in the 60s and their tag line was, "What a crazy way to make a snack!" Tim's unique take on that? "Ka-razy make a snack!" And he exclaimed it with a finger wag before we even knew what that was.
