My sincere condolences to family and friends of Tim's. The Neals and Foleys shared a lot of good times together, especially when our sons were born by going on vacations, weekend day trips, which included great times on Tim's boat to Hart-Miller Island and concerts at Inner Harbor, swimming at the Neals, partying, or just spending time at one another's homes watching TV or VHS movies were fun.
