Bonnie Neal

January 23, 2014

My sincere condolences to family and friends of Tim's. The Neals and Foleys shared a lot of good times together, especially when our sons were born by going on vacations, weekend day trips, which included great times on Tim's boat to Hart-Miller Island and concerts at Inner Harbor, swimming at the Neals, partying, or just spending time at one another's homes watching TV or VHS movies were fun. Tim has left many wonderful memories to those of us who knew him. He sure was a humorous and caring fellow. Let it be some comfort that I believe Tim will be eternally in God's kingdom. Peace be with you Tim. With love, Bonnie
