So sorry to hear Ann may his memory be a blessing

Ann and Family, we were so sorry to hear of Tim's passing, having done HVAC work for Tim over the years with his commercial properties we developed a friendship, He was always a pleasure to do business with. Sending our thoughts and condolences to you and your family.

To Annie and the entire McCann family: Tim and Annie moved to Lakewood Ranch FL a few years ago right near my home - same neighborhood. We would sit on their beautiful lanai reminiscing about our youth. Annie and I have been friends for over 65 years, but I only knew Tim as "the kid" next door to her. My husband passed away in 2020 so these past couple of years I looked forward to their arrival in FL each winter and I got to know Tim well. He was always there with patience and kindness...

Dear Ann and family and all of my cousins,
I am so sorry ( and shocked ) by Tim's passing and I am, also ,sorry that I was unable to attend his service. Please know that I am thinking of you;I hope the memories of Tim's wonderful life will bring comfort in the years ahead.
My deepest sympathy is extended to you at this most difficult time.

Ann and family we are so sorry to hear about Tim’s passing. May all your wonderful memories carry you through this loss and bring comfort in the days ahead.
