Dr. Pearson was an incredible Director at GSU who I had the privilege to work with and for. Tim had a great heart for his students and his profession. He was genuine and kind, he will truly be missed. God bless and soar with the eagles!

I am so sorry to hear about Tim’s passing. I was in graduate school with him at Univ. of Wisconsin. He was indeed a funny, kind, smart man who was respected by all of us. May he Rest In Peace and may his memory be a blessing to his family. Leslie Oakes, New Mexico

Being a doctoral student at UW Madison was a stressful time. Piles of books and articles to read, papers to write, too many students to teach and crummy offices under the eaves of Bascom Hall.
To that experience Tim brought not only academic enthusiasm, but a smiling face and many happy chuckles. Those of us who were fortunate to share those days with Tim, now feel his lose acutely. The academic community has lost a really good one.
