I am so sorry to hear about Tim’s passing. I was in graduate school with him at Univ. of Wisconsin. He was indeed a funny, kind, smart man who was respected by all of us. May he Rest In Peace and may his memory be a blessing to his family. Leslie Oakes, New Mexico

Being a doctoral student at UW Madison was a stressful time. Piles of books and articles to read, papers to write, too many students to teach and crummy offices under the eaves of Bascom Hall.
To that experience Tim brought not only academic enthusiasm, but a smiling face and many happy chuckles. Those of us who were fortunate to share those days with Tim, now feel his lose acutely. The academic community has lost a really good one.

My heart is broken Pearson Family! I adored Tim! Truly! We had a quirky, fun relationship in High School! I think Tim is the one that nick-named Kristi, Krik! I could be wrong but I am giving him the kudos. We made up words...the only one I remember is “schneel-o-the-week”. What the heck but so very cool. Nothing but the best of the best for Tim, his family and my lovely Pearson clan. All my love. We shall meet again in Heaven and what a day it will be!❤❤

Miss Lori and children, We are so sorry for your loss. Tim was an amazing man. We had so many years of sports parents, sitting in the stands watching all those games of our children playing together. His wit and fun personality was always a delight. You are in our hearts and our prayers. We lift you up to our Lord at this time. We miss you all! Know that we are here for you! I adored my uncle, and will always smile when thinking of him. He was a sweet, fun, and very loving person. I’m grateful we shared so many interests - especially in teaching and comic books. He will be missed, but never forgotten.

Tim was everyone’s friend, confidante, and dance partner. There was no one who could match his prowess on the dance floor. But it was his laugh and gentle spirit that I will always remember.
