Not sure what to say?

Dear Quish Family:
I found out today of Tim's passing - read it in the ECHS Eagle. I am shocked and saddened. I have many great memories of "Swish McQuish" - here are a couple:
Tim giving up his star status senior year in high school to be more of a complementary player - without that sacrifice there would have been no State championship - for someone used to being in the limelight he gave it up so the team could win. I will never forget his winning hoop against archrival South in...

To the Quish family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you.
There are but fond memories of Tim and East Catholic class of '72

Tommy and the Quish family,
I find it very difficult to believe that Tim has passed on. I am so sorry for your tremendous loss. My memories are so vivid, just as his blue eyes were. My memories go back to St. James School and then meeting him again one evening at the opening of the Westender Resturant on Nantucket. That was such a plesant surprise. There were family lmembers present that eveing as well.
I hope that the good memories serve you all well and you find some peace...

St James

Have been thinking of Tim for several days now. Many things to say but I thought the attached picture of the ST James BBall team would be of interest. We( Brian, Ken, John, Marc, Ron and Tommy were 8th graders, the "old" guys. Tim, was our Captain, largely because we respected, liked him and he was the best player. Tim took that helm without ego, it was his core. He was a leader, even in the 7th grade. In this age of Facebook and reconnection I have great regret of never reconnecting with Tim...

I was a painfully shy teenager at East Catholic. One of the few people who took notice of me was Tim Quish. He was handsome and flirtatious. A wink from him and that adorable grin was enough to make my day! News of his death comes as a shock. My sympathies to all of his family and friends.

My deepest sympathy goes out at this time to your family. We always had some great times together during our high school years. Tim will truly be missed.

Shelly, Peter, & Tom, I can't express the shock and sympathy I have. As you well know, we went all the way back to St James together. It was always a fun time at "The Quishes". I will never forget the best times of our lives. RIP Tim ~

To Tim's Family, Tim and I worked together in Naples. He was one of a kind and will be missed. Bill Campbell .
