Not sure what to say?

Dorothy, we were so sad to learn that Tim had passed away. We will have a Mass said for him. Our condolences to all your family

I was so sorry to hear of Tim's passing. We worked together for a few years and my memories of him are a treasure. Tim was kind, gentle, and very wise. The earth is a lesser place without him.

I had the honor of working with Tim over many years. His integrity and professionalism was unmatched. A natural teacher and leader we learned a lot just watching Tim lead by example. With deepest sympathy and sincere condolences.

Timothy Scanlin, I truly admired and respected Tim for his integrity and honesty. Tim was an excellent teacher and adviser. I was a new Agent in the Miami Office and I learned a lot about investigating from Tim.

When Tim first arrived at the Miami field office of the US Secret Service 40 years ago, he immediately struck everyone with his professionalism and leadership abilities as the Assistant to the Special Agent in Charge. He was a supportive advisor and a reliable, loyal friend to everyone. Reminiscing with him at reunions brought back wonderful memories. With sincere sympathies to Dorothy and the family . . . We are so very sorry about Tim's untimely and unexpected death. His passing is a loss to our whole family. Tim was such a good guy, for sure. Our deepest sympathy to Dorothy, Jenny, Timmy, Sean and Daniela, as well as to Tim's sister and brothers. Do be comforted that you all shared such a wonderful husband, father, brother, and friend. We always will feel fortunate to have had Tim among our cousins. God bless you all.
