-To the Family of "Doc Sullivan"
My deepest condolences go out to you and my prayers are on Dr. Sullivan that he's in a better place. He was my U.S. History teacher at Oliver High School and one of the only ones i ever truly believed cared about our class. Doc Sullivan was an extraordinary educator and a very wise man. There have been so many things he's told our first period history class about his life that used to often make me wonder how much he'd been through in his life, but now I...

"Doc" Sullivan was my History teacher at Oliver High School and he was one of the best I had had my four years. He was the nicest person ever...he never yelled while we were in class no matter how loud the room got! He will truly be missed at Oliver and all over Pittsburgh! Im soo sorry for the loss and he will remain in my prayers!

Teacher, public defender, veteran, father, advocate, husband, volunteer--the list made all the more meaningful by the fact that Tim was a kind and honest person.
My heart goes out to you, Jeanne, and to the kids, who were so loved by him.

Dear Jeanne, Maureen and Tim, I can't tell you how saddened I was to find out on Saint Patrick's Day that Tim has passed away. I will always remember him as a very loving and funny man who always made me feel like family. He will be greatly missed. My deepest sympathies are with you all.

Dear Uncle Butch,

I love you so much and I miss you. I am sure you're in a better place now.

Dear Jeanne and Family,

I was so saddened by the news...then read the amazing story of Timothy J. Sullivan Jr. If an obituary can be as inspiring as this one, the man himself had to be one extraordinary individual. All my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family as you celebrate his life and mourn his passing.
