To the Bowers family I too grew up with Toby rode the bus, school. I remember him playing cards with my mother and I and ice skating. He will be greatly missed. Thoughts and prayers be with you.

We loved Toby and will miss him very much. He always had such a wit and sense of humor...he was a selfless person who thought of others before himself. We are sure that God will welcome him with opens arms.

I will always have fond memories of the fun times we shared on the school bus, at school and "Cruising Littlestown". My husband worked at the ARCO with Toby.
