I worked with Todd for Sauk County about 5 years ago, he was my supervisor in a flood recovery program. We worked closely together and I was pregnant at the time. I have fond and entertaining memories of me scootching him out of uncomfortable situations with my giant belly, and us laughing over the odd circumstances we came across, like muddy basements full of ducks and chickens. I worked with Todd for several years when we both were officers at the UW Police Department. We became good friends during that time. One of my best memories was helping him unload a semi-truck of building materials for a house he was building on Twin Valley Road in Middleton.
