He was born April 26, 1963, in Gallipolis, OH, a son of Shirley (Oliver) Tucker of Mason and the late Luther Olin Tucker. Following receiving his Masters, Todd served an internship at Fairmont Clinic as Assistant Administrator, was a Pharmaceutical Representative and then worked at Holzer in Tobacco Prevention Department.

Not sure what to say?

You will be miss so much

Positive and kind, Todd spread cheer always. He remained a good friend through the decades. Todd represented WVU so well as the drum major of the Pride of West Virginia. Love you Todd.

Todd was my first field conductor in the WVU Marching Band my freshman year 1984. I have always remembered him over the years. I am so sorry to hear of his passing especially at an early age. He expected the best from us, and we did our best on the field at practice and at Mountaineer Field. He was fun, talented and loved to perform! He is missed.

So long dear Todd. I will forever miss how you pretended not to be a good friend. Thanks for being just that - not only thru college, but til the end.

One of the best! Will miss you Todd!
