Tom Carsten

I was a friend of Tom when we were both State Farm agents in the West Central Region. He was in Deadwood and I was in Toledo, Iowa. We always had good times when we were together. I called him once and asked his assistant to return my call. Evidently there was an attorney in town with the same time as mine. He called the attorney and was told he never called him. He finally figured it out and we laughed for a long time. Sorry for your loss, Narcell.

I first met Tom at a State Farm meeting when he was a new agent. I was impressed with him from the start. Working with him over the years, I really came to respect his dedication, work ethic and his commitment to the Lord. I pray for God's peace and comfort for his family.

Narcell and family---I worked in the regional office of State Farm in Lincoln, Nebraska, for 18+ years and had the pleasure of working for and with Tom for much of that time. Even after Tom left State Farm, he and I maintained contact through phone calls and emails. Tom was an exceptional person and a true friend. Learning of his passing leaves me with a void, and my deepest sympathies and prayers to all of his family. He had great integrity and a desire to help, and I know my memories...

Narcell .... My deepest condolences to you and your family. Tom was the first to welcome us to Red Rock with a knock, smile and plate of cookies!!
