I was also a classmate of Tom, I was very sad to hear of his passing. My thoughts are with his family at this very difficult time. He will forever live in my heart as that young teenager in high school.

I, too, was a classmate of Tom's at El Camino and am so sorry to hear of his passing. My thoughts and prayers are with his family at this difficult time.

I knew Tom from High School days. Saddened to here of his passing but happy to hear of his finding a family and dedication to his kids. Wish I could meet them some day.

Tom, a gentle soul that I haven't seen in 25 years...the last time The Beasts played with Tom as our base player...God bless you Tom...Kerry Tucker

I'm so glad our paths crossed . I loved to hear the stories he had about what he had experienced in his life. His knowledge about baseball and football players was endless .I always looked forward to meeting with him to purchase sports memorabilia . He always had a special surprise. He would say I got something that's gonna knock your socks off. I will miss him

Saddened to hear of Tom's passing. My husband Craig and I were classmates with him at El Camino High School in Sacramento, Ca. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of his family at this time. Rest in peace Tom.

Sincerely, Craig and Jeanette Dillingham

I didn't know Tom, but I kinda feel I do now. This obit was clearly written by someone who knew Tom well and loved him dearly despite his many quirks, or perhaps because of them. It is refreshing to see such full scale acceptance and unconditional love professed publicly. No shame, no blame. Bravo!
What a great send off!
