Not sure what to say?

Great Great Guy. That I call a friend.

Joan, I am very sorry to hear about your dear husband. Tom was a wonderful guy. My husband and I enjoyed talking to him. He was always so friendly. I understand the deep sorrow you and your family are feeling. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I understand what you are going through. Kathy Peters

I will miss Tom's smile, laugh and spirit.

Our dearest Joan, we will never be the same without your Tom. Know that we care and think of you always.

Tom and his father, Ken, were instrumental in my developing a Van Hoof family history and genealogy. It was their visit to Holland and meeting Bridget Kranen Van Hoof in Waalre that connected us to our roots and led to a wealth of information about our early history. Subsequently, in phone interviews with Tom, I experienced the richness of Van Hoof friendliness, open mindedness, cheerfulness and fun. He was one of the highlights in my recording family history.

Joan, Max and Annie
We are so sorry for your loss. I last remember seeing Tom getting ready for a bike ride. But then he was always ready for a ride. He was an inspiration for all who knew him.

God had put you here on earth as an angel, to show all of us how to live our lives to the fullest. And what an example you have laid for the rest of us to follow. God's Blessings to all.
