Sorry to hear about Tommie Vaughn. He has done alot for Houston. He will be missed. Our prayers go out to the whole family

I'VE BEEN AN EMPLOYEE AT TOMMIE VAUGHN FOR SIX YEARS NOW, AND SOME OF MY MOST EARLIEST MEMORIES ARE WHEN I WAS AN OPERATOR AND MR. VAUGHN WOULD COME IN EVERDAY AND TALK ABOUT THE WEATHER WITH ME. HE WAS A WONDERFULL MAN AND WILL BE MISSED BY ALL.

Our deepest sympathy. We did not know Tommie Vaughn but have heard the name for so many years. Only after reading in the newspaper did we learn Mr. Vaughn was from Brownwood, Tx, where my husband grew up. We were just in Trickham last week, population is 12. It was interesting to look up Trickham on the internet and learn of its history. Good people come out of those small Texas towns. Tommie Vaughn was surely one of those good people.
I am truly sorry we did not know him. Sincerely,...

Though I left Texas when I was young, I carry a few special memories of Uncle Tommie. One was at Lake Brownwood when I came to visit and again here in California. At that time he shared some special family stories. I will always charish that time with him. My prayers are with you Aunt Helen, Kay and Jennie.

Houston lost a great man. We enjoyed doing business with him for many years. He will be missed greatly,
