I remember Pastor Byrd baptizing me as a young boy. He opened his heart, home and a church to me when I was in need. Whose son who had been like a brother to me; these memories I still hold with me to this day. Byrd Family, I love you, stay strong. The legacy lives in your heart that Pastor Byrd's love and ideals can be carried on through you! God bless you - I love you!

I want to thank ALL the Associations that came out to SHOW OUT for my uncle Tommy, Thank you, Thank You! Thank you to Jordan Baptist church for driving from Detroit to come be with my Granny and her family during our sad time. This Man Has Touched so MANY lives and I LOVE HIM SO MUCH!

The Homegoing ceromony for my Uncle Tommy was so touching, I felt like I was at a celebrity's funeral because that's who he was to me a Celebrity. Thanks Calvary and everybody that came and celebrated this man's LIFE. Keep my aunt Sandy, his sister Ann and the rest of the Byrd family in your hearts, thoughts and Prayers.
