Tommy "Fu Han" Tang

I was born in Riverview Hospital Red Bank N.J. 60 years ago. I had Tangs Chinese since I was little starting in Eatontown and NEVER ever in all my years had any that could compare! I have some of my best childhood memories from this wonderful family! Mai Lee I know you will remember "the Torchio family". We had a big round table reserved at Red Bank location almost ever Sunday! Best food ever! Have not had decent shrimp toast since Tang's. Mr. Tang and Mona were the sweetest people. My mother enjoyed working for them back in the day. Rest in peace Mr. Tang. You touched and blessed many lives.

My very first Chinese meal was from Tang's in Eatontown long ago before they moved to Red Bank. So many meals and every one incredible but most of all Mr. Tang with the smile and always welcoming. RIP Mr. Tang you have so much of our love and respect.
