My tia at a family function, took me aside and wanted to THANK me, for being so kind and loving to her family. I want to THANK her family for being kind and loving me! For this I feel very blessed to have know two very wonderful people in my life. To my Tia and Tío may you both Rest In Peace. I love you both. I will continue to love and be kind to your family.

Toni, I am so blessed to have had you in my life. You are amazing woman that showed me strength, love, and perseverance. Thank you for all the great memories! I enjoyed all the wonderful stories and received only love from you. You are in my heart forever. My sincere condolences to all the Riesgo family. God bless you all during this difficult time.

It is always sad to learn of the passing of another Badger. I hope Toni shared with her family the stories about living here in the War Years. Unfortunately, the High School records are incomplete. We lost a beautiful loving, strong willed, very very good cook and great story teller. I loved all her stories and food. Those stories and memories will be cherished always. I will miss her very much. She was truly amazing and I believe she had a remarkable life. I am so happy to have been part of her life and grateful she was in mine. May our lord hold her dearly!
