Tony Huderson Obituary

A native of Picayune, MS, and a long term resident of Baton Rouge, LA, he passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at the age of 81. He was a Navy Veteran and a Logistics Specialist for many years with Al Fratello and Son's. He a beloved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather and is dearly loved and will be greatly missed. Left to cherish his memory are his children Rachel Huderson Scott (husband James Scott, Jr.) of Pensacola, FL, Stephanie Huderson St. Cyr of Baton Rouge, LA, Phebe Huderson Poydras of Ft. Wayne IN, Leon D. Huderson of New Orleans, LA, and John Huderson (wife Jacqueline) of Slidell; 17 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; siblings Dwellie Huderson, Precious Davis, Rosebud Daniels, Marthiel Celestin, Francis Hill, Petronella Simmons, and Antoinette Anderson; and a host of nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Van Huderson and Indiana Washington and siblings Tinas Huderson, Edward Van Huderson, Flo Guilyot, Hazel Brown and Sandra Westley. Visitation will be on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at Rabenhorst Funeral Home (825 Government Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70802) from 9:00 am until the Funeral Service at 11:00 am. Burial will be on a later date at Louisiana National Cemetery. Words of comfort may be expressed to the family at www.rabenhorst.com.
