Hello Tonya's family, my name is Sheila McKnight. Tonya and I attended school 93 together (6th thru 8th grade) and were very good friends. I am deeply saddened to hear of my good friend's passing.. She was very intelligent, kind and down to earth good people. I can remember when she came back to school after summer break in the 8th grade and she had had a skateboard accident and chipped both her front teeth. We'd always sing duets together in music class and went roller skating every Friday...

I can still feel your presence around me the things that you instilled in me will never go away! I won't stop being the MAN that you raise me to be! All of the hard fought battles we had only prepared me for the life that I live today! You never gave up on me and I will never stop loving you! Love you MA!

I miss you so much Auntie, keep looking down on us making sure we do right, love you.
