I've known Tonya over 20 years. During that time we had home fellowship groups at their house. After our church split I reconnected with her about 9 months ago. I can say so much about her but it would take too long. She was definitely a Wonder woman who had a deep passion for life. She was very transparent and genuine and had no problem speaking her mind when she had to stand up for her convictions. My deepest sympathies to Tonya's children. She loved them with her entire being. Tonya loved fiercely. At one point in my life she was the closest person to me. She was one of the strongest women I've ever met. Ultimately, she helped give me the strength to leave a life or death situation. She fought cancer so hard and was never afraid. God I love her. My crazy wonderful friend asked me years ago to go with her to get a tattoo. Somehow she talked me into getting the same one that day. I´m so sad my tattoo twin has left this earth. The bright sunny days are a little dimmer with her gone. I cherish my memories of Tonya. What a force of nature she was. Until we meet again in heaven

Tonya was my wife of 19 years and has always been a wonderful wife and mother to our kids. I will miss her and always will have a place in my heart for her.
