Miss Tracie Elizabeth Jacobs, age 20, of Fairmont, NC, was born December 18, 2000. She departed this life on Sunday, August 1, 2021.
Tracie was a 2019 graduate of South Robeson High School. Tracie was currently enrolled at RCC pursing an associate degree in nursing.
Tracie is survived by her parents, Tracy Kevin and Kristey Michelle Jacobs of Fairmont, NC; her biological mother, Shelley Oxendine (Derrick) of Moundsville, WV; two sisters, Kaylyn Grace Jacobs of the home and Deanna Locklear of Fairmont, NC; one brother, Trenton Locklear of WV; her paternal grandmother, Sarah Jacobs of Rowland, NC; her maternal grandmother, Martha Locklear of West Virginia; her aunts: Sandra Smith and Marilyn Sanderson, both of Lumberton, NC, and Linda Green of Conway, SC; and her uncles, Gary Jacobs of Rowland, NC, Stacy Jacobs of Lumberton, NC, Billy Jacobs of Rowland, NC, and Oscar Chavis of Fayetteville, NC. She also leaves many cherished memories with a host of friends whom she treasured dearly.
A time of visitation will take place on Wednesday, August 4, 2021, from 7-9pm at Floyd Funeral Services, 1549 Marion Stage Road in Fairmont, NC.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 5, 2021, at 3pm at Benson Chapel Baptist Church in Rowland, NC. Burial will follow in the church's cemetery.

I have thought about Tracie all week Lord. I meet Tracie several weeks ago at Tia and fell in love with her. She was so adorable and funny. I laughed at her the whole time. She is surely going to be missed.

My hearts hearts just thinking about my sweet Tracie. In my mind I see her sweet smile and loving grace here at the daycare as a child. I still see that in looking at her pictures as a beautiful young lady. Rest In Peace sweetheart.
