Tracie Jacobs Obituary
TRACIE ELIZABETH JACOBS
FAIRMONT — Miss Tracie Elizabeth Jacobs, 20, of Fairmont, was born Dec. 18, 2000. She departed this life on Sunday, Aug. 1, 2021.
Tracie was a 2019 graduate of South Robeson High School. She was currently enrolled at Robeson Community College, pursing an associate's degree in nursing.
Tracie is survived by her parents, Tracy Kevin and Kristy Michelle Jacobs of Fairmont; her biological mother, Shelley Oxendine (Derrick) of Moundsville, West Virginia; two sisters, Kaylyn Grace Jacobs of the home, and Deanna Locklear of Fairmont; a brother, Trenton Locklear of West Virginia; paternal grandmother, Sarah Jacobs of Rowland; maternal grandmother, Martha Locklear of West Virginia; aunts, Sandra Smith and Marilyn Sanderson, both of Lumberton, and Linda Green of Conway, South Carolina; and uncles, Gary Jacobs of Rowland, Stacy Jacobs of Lumberton and Billy Jacobs of Rowland. She also leaves many cherished memories with a host of friends that she treasured dearly.
A visitation will be Wednesday, Aug. 4, 2021, from 7 to 9 p.m. at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, Aug. 5, 2021, at 3 p.m. at Benson Chapel Baptist Church in Rowland.
Burial will follow in Benson Chapel church cemetery.

I have thought about Tracie all week Lord. I meet Tracie several weeks ago at Tia and fell in love with her. She was so adorable and funny. I laughed at her the whole time. She is surely going to be missed.

Tracie was such a beautiful person inside and out, she would come to the house with our granddaughter Tamiah Woods. She was always so polite and respectful. Her smile was delightful. I know the angels are rejoicing at the entering of such a beautiful soul. She would have been an A number 1 nurse. My husband and I really enjoyed her company. My heart goes out to her family.
