Travis Chin

Travis Chin Travis Chin, 17, of Austin, Texas passed away on Sunday, August 22, 2010. He was born on May 18, 1993 in Austin to John Chin and Ming Liu. Travis was a senior at Bowie High School, class of 2011. A true Texan, he enjoyed fishing and being outdoors. He was unwavering in his loyalty to the ones he loved. His family and friends will remember him as a witty, honest and loving gentleman who loved to make people laugh. Although Travis grew to be a big and strong young man, the biggest thing about him was always his heart. Travis is survived by his mother, Ming Liu and father, John Chin; grandmother, C.Y. Kao; aunt, Hua Liu and her son, Jeffrey Pao; uncle, Gua Liu and his son, Brendan Liu; uncle, C.J. Liu and his wife, Olivia, and their daughter, Stephanie Milligan and her husband, Charles; and other loving family members and friends. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 28, 2010 at Bethany Lutheran Church, 3701 W. Slaughter Lane.
