Just knowing he was in Facebook reach, was comforting, if I needed any cheering up with his wonderful sense of humor, all I had to do was say hello and there it was. I am sorry I did not check the obits before now, because I wanted to attend his services.

To Carolyn, it is with heavy heart that I write these words "sorry for your loss". Troy was the funniest guy , quick witted and sharp and fair. Troy treated people fairly and will be remembered always. We worked at Treasure Chest and Harrah's.

In memory of a wonderful man -- one of the wittiest and yet, a most sincere, caring gentleman. He could always make us laugh, no matter what was going on.
