The Ralphs family; Lisa,Chris & Heather give our deepest sympathies. He gave the youth of the community opportunities to learn & shine by employing many including my son Chris. Chris went on to use his meat cutting skills until his hands became arthritic. I personally saw Kyle numerous times a week as his newspaper advertisement representative. We miss Mr.Oney and the family as we have lived in another state for 18 years. Mr. Oney was a fine example of what Bishop represents. LOVE
