Just learned of Troys passing. I am so, so sad. I loved his show. You can see what a very special man he was. RIP

I just learned of your flight to Heaven and my heart aches for your family, friends and those of us who called you a friend as fans. I never met but you did send me a signed photo and a wheat back penny after i told you my "henry penny" story. RIP and continue to bring light to heaven with your smile.

I'm shocked & very sad to hear about Troy's passing. I had spoke with him several times via his site & email. I took doughnuts to his crew when they were working on a home in our area that was featured on the show. He was so humble, laid back & a sweet natured gentleman. He is truly missed

I absolutely Loved the show and loved to see him work and restore. You could see his passion in his work and his excitement to see the finished project. He was so Awesome and his skills were just so great. What a great loss to all of us who loved to see his work and his vision for restoring and renovation. He will be missed dearly, I am so shocked to know he is longer with us. I Pray God's Best for his loved ones.
