Read MoreCharlie and I were in the NROTC together. He was on the NROTC basketball team and was the most valuable player. He could score!. We also served in the Naval Reserves. Charlie was a good golfer and played many years in the NROTC tournaments. Above all, he was a fun guy to be around. Shipmate, fair winds and following seas. We will miss him greatly.
