I met Vonnie many years before we became church sisters/deaconesses. We had many laughs together, prayers and stories that only we know. She shared her 4 beautiful children with me. Some still today, I am known as auntie. Her favorite song rings in my ear, one verse she would say THE LORD WILL FIGHT MY BATTLE, and He did. We will carry you in on minds and hearts always.
