Dr. Mills was a gentle, kind and great person. He cared about people and their health. He went above and beyond to personally solve a health issue of mine with a vein that needed to be removed in my left leg. I could say so many great things about how he has helped my entire family over the years. He was a great man with many accomplishments and he will be missed.

Dr Mills (Van) was first my friend and later my Doctor and my friend. He lit the bonfire at our wedding party. I never saw him without a smile and an infectious positive and happy attitude. I am told and I have no doubt he managed to maintain his happy demeanor until the very end. In my 58 years I've been privileged to meet many great and influential people.
